Once you have received the login and password login to WhatsMany through https://whatsmany.com/login
Once logged in you will be taken into the account page (https://whatsmany.com/account) where you will see various options to manage your subscription.
You are now ready to start using the App at https://whatsmany.com/app/
Workbook lets you manage multiple spreadsheets. Once inside the app you can create a new workbook by pressing the “Create Workbook” button. You can group spreadsheets within workbooks based on your workflow.
You can open the spreadsheet interface by clicking a workbook. Within the spreadsheet interface you can copy-paste values from your Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet interface lets you manage contacts, message PlaceHolders, send templated messages and track delivery details. You can edit values, copy, paste and drag-fill just like in a spreadsheet. Each spreadsheet can have a message template and unique contact list.
Enter contacts in the format of [Country Code + Phone number]. Eg. For Country code +1 and phone number 541-754-3010, enter the contact as 15417543010.

Enter the phone numbers that you want to send WhatsApp messages in the first column.Make sure that the phone number format is set correctly. Enter contacts in the format of [Country Code + Phone number]. Eg. For Country code +1 and phone number 541-754-3010, enter the contact as 15417543010.
Using PlaceHolders you can send templatised messages. Enter unique values that you want to add to each message in the PlaceHolder columns. Then in the message box, enter PlaceHolder1 or PlaceHolder2 or PlaceHolder3 inplace of the corresponding unique content. You can use this to send unique messages with personalised details like – “name”, “order-status”, “delivery-information”, “coupon-code”, etc. to each of your customer
Once send button is pressed, you can track status of the message delivery or understand the delivery error details in the “status” column within the spreadsheet
- Sent – WhatsApp message was sent successfully
- Delivered – WhatsApp message was delivered to the phone number
- Seen – WhatsApp message was seen by the recipient
- Error – Check if your mobile has active internet connection and try again
- Invalid Phone Number – Phone number not registered with WhatsApp or the entered phone number is wrong format
